A different approach to the concept of 'too much of a good thing', I found this book interesting. Not interesting enough to give up whole grains, but maybe I'm not suffering enough. I do find though personally that too much of ANY food is probably not a good idea... so it follows. The jury is out for me until I care enough to test the theories... but it definitely brought a few more ideas into my brain to mull over about health and wellness!
